   In using and evaluating instructional materials,the teacher must learn of what are the proper way how to teach, what you teach in the learners. let us, learn how to select and use these materials in order to achieve our desired learning objectives to the students so that it make more effective to them and the purposes why the learners must to learn.

      For me, the cone of experience in the teaching learning process is that we do not use only one medium of communication in isolation.Rather we must use many instructional materials to help the learner or student conceptualize his/her experience.As teacher,  the teacher must teach his/her students abstract level to develop their higher order thinking skills.

     Systematic approach to teaching is an established or organized procedure, a method.It provides a method for the functional organization and development of instruction.This method applies to preparation of materials for classroom use, instructional objectives that consider the students needs, interest and readiness as well as to ensure orderly relationships and interaction of human, technical and environmental resources to fulfill the goals which have been established for instruction.

        The roles of Educational Technology in learning is that educational technology serves as learning tools that learners learn with and it how the capability to think the learners construct with his/her own knowledge.

      In my point of view,technology is a boon as it as helping us today in a great manner to live better and easy life. .It controls the world in which we live in.Though one can say that it is a bane but for me it really depends upon us ..how to use it and for what purpose to use it..as it has been used for good as well as bad causes.If we abuse or misuse any technologies ,the consequences of it is that we will encounter some problems that can affect to our lives and this is become bane or curse.

I've learned that educational technology is a learning technology that facilitating learning ,improving performance by creating,using and managing appropriate technological processes and I've learned also that of what we've learned as a learner is that  how we be able to shared our learning to the other people .

Basically, i can share my learning, my knowledge of what ive learned as a teacher by telling to my students that learning is a tool to help them keep in their mind what is expected of and what are the learning goals for learners.

I can share my learning to my students by sharing how learner's importance and why we need to learned and exploring my knowledge through using applied science.
