Demonstration in teaching ,Ive learned that this lessoned # 10 it is more on visualized explanation of an important fact ,idea or process by the use of films,drawing or any guided motions so that the learners are also to learned to be productive students.During demonstration in his/her discussion in the class ,the teacher must be productive and creative if he/she presented some materials for her/his demonstration so that the learners are easily understand the given demonstration of the teacher.

Dramatic experiences come next to contrived experiences in the cone.In lessoned # 9 , Ive learned that dramatic entrance is something that catches and hold our attention and has emotional impact, So,If in teaching-learning process ,as teacher ,If the teaching is kind of dramatic, the learners get attracted, interested and affected, the learners are learned to moving forward of what are the given activities of the teacher even in particular discussion in the classroom.If they are affected and moved by what the teacher taught we will most likely leave an impact to them.

Ive learned that contrived experiences are substitutes of real things when it is not feasible to bring the real things to do class. These include models, mock ups, specimens, objects simulation and games.We used models, mock ups,specimen and objects to overcome limitations of space and time,to edit reality for us to be able to focus on parts or a process of a system that we intend to study,to overcome difficulties of size,to understand the inaccessible,and help the learners understand abstractions.

Direct purposeful experiences,Ive learned that in teaching-learning process,experiences of other people that we observe,read or hear about are not enough, not only fort this, we can learn but also we can learn the skills by doing..Direct experiences must not be the period or the end, we must be brought to the level of generalization and abstraction. They are experiences that are internalized in the sense that these experiences involve the asking of questions that have significance in the life of the person undergoing the direct experience.Direct purposeful experiences make us learn concepts and skills effectively.
This imply to the teaching-learning process,first let us give our students opportunities to learn by doing.Second, let us make use of real things as instructional materials.Third, let us help the students to develop the five senses.Fourth, let us guide our students so that they can draw meaning from their firsthand experiences and elevate their level of thinking.

In using and evaluating instructional materials,the teacher must learn of what are the proper way how to teach, what you teach in the learners. let us, learn how to select and use these materials in order to achieve our desired learning objectives to the students so that it make more effective to them and the purposes why the learners must to learn.

For me, the cone of experience in the teaching learning process is that we do not use only one medium of communication in isolation.Rather we must use many instructional materials to help the learner or student conceptualize his/her experience.As teacher, the teacher must teach his/her students abstract level to develop their higher order thinking skills.
